Hassan Ibrahim Almulla — President

Hassan Ibrahim Almulla is President for Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management, Inc. As part of the executive management team, Hassan Ibrahim Almulla is responsible for leadership and oversight of all financial operations across the firm. A veteran business professional with 25 years of experience in the field, Hassan Ibrahim Almulla has a deep knowledge of financial management, planning and analysis having held senior finance positions at a number of companies.

Morgan Gerald — Financial Director

Morgan Gerald is Financial Director for Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management. Morgan Gerald leads the HR function spanning all of Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management’s worldwide locations. As a member of Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management’s executive leadership team, he ensures that the organization’s human resources strategies align with business goals, support transformational change and drive growth.

Morgan Gerald has more than 15 years of diverse experience as an industrial/organizational psychologist and HR leader developing talent and building robust organizational partnerships and high-performing teams at multinational firms.

Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management provides technology-driven services and software to help legal, corporate and government entities, as well as consumers manage, recover, search, analyze and produce data efficiently and cost-effectively. Rose England is an innovator in the legal industry, drawing on he experience as both a lawyer and founder of a legal outsourcing company that challenged traditional models for the delivery of legal services. With more than 10 years of experience, Rose England has a strong track record as a strategic business partner, lawyer, and senior executive, having navigated corporate business environments around the globe.

Ahmed Malik — Director Due Diligence

Ahmed Malik is Director of Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management’s Compliance business, a division within Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management focused on providing technology-enabled, due diligence, compliance and supplier diversity solutions to its clients. Ahmed Malik leads a multidisciplinary, global team dedicated to helping clients comply with anti-money laundering and anti-bribery and corruption regulations world-wide. In this role, he sets the overall strategy and direction for the business and works with research, operations and product teams to pioneer new compliance solutions and technologies.

Previously, Ahmed Malik was Senior Manager, Operations for Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management and was responsible for Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management-wide business operations, business development and shared services support, and execution of key strategic growth opportunities. Additionally, Ahmed Malik had management responsibilities for Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management’s Identity Theft Protection and Data Breach Notification business unit and Etihad International Commercial Brokers & Fund Management Advisory’s Marketing organization.
